Heavy Duty
Wear Protection System

Arc stud welding is an excellent and reliable method of single sided fastening. Fasteners as large as 1 1/8" in diameter can be end-welded to a weldable base material in less than one second with the use of a solid state, transformer rectifier power source and a lightweight, portable stud welding gun. The time of the arc and amount of current to be discharged is measured by the controls built into the power source.
